How to request a refund
- Email contact@getzenpuls.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Once we receive the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Conditions
- Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- No restocking fees.
- If a device arrives damaged or defective, contact us with a photo — we replace or refund it without requiring a return in most cases.
