Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation (business days).
Delivery
- Standard shipping (Canada): typically 7–12 business days after dispatch.
- Free shipping on all orders over $60 CAD.
- Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email at dispatch.
Delays
Carrier delays, customs checks or peak periods can occasionally add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us and we'll investigate immediately — and make it right.
