When will I receive my order?

Orders ship within 48 hours with a tracking number sent by email. Typical delivery in Canada is 7–12 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $60 — no surprises at checkout.

Can I track my package?

Yes — every order includes real-time tracking. You'll receive the link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship outside Canada?

We currently focus on Canada. Write to us if you'd like to be notified when we expand.

How soon will I see a difference?

Skin works in cycles. With consistent use — about ten minutes a day, four to five days a week — most routines show their value within a full 4-week cycle. Individual results vary.

Are the devices safe?

Our devices use low-intensity LED, microcurrent and radiofrequency technologies designed for home use. They are not medical devices and don't replace professional advice. If you're pregnant, have a skin condition, light sensitivity, or an implanted electronic device, check with your doctor first.

Do the treatments hurt?

No. LED light is gentle and warm, microcurrent is a soft pulse, and RF feels like comfortable warmth. Most customers use them while winding down.

Returns & Guarantee

What is the 30-day guarantee?

Try your ritual for a full 30 days from delivery. If it doesn't earn its place in your routine, email us — we refund it. No interrogation, no restocking fees.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
